With over 12 years of real estate investing experience in the Tampa Bay Area, she has completed 25 local transactions, including two successful property flips. She currently manages a portfolio of multiple mid- to long-term rentals along with eight short-term vacation rentals.

Having personally navigated Tampa Bay’s diverse neighborhoods and evolving market, Megan understands what it takes to succeed here — both financially and from a lifestyle perspective.

When she’s not working with clients, Megan enjoys spending time on or near the water with her partner, Scott, and their daughter, V. They love staying active in their community, exploring local markets, attending sporting events and concerts, and enjoying everything that makes the Tampa Bay area such an incredible place to live.
